Katrina Radke is a world-class swimmer, Olympian, and author of the new book Be Your Best Without The Stress. Katrina’s story is inspirational: She grew up in a farming town in Morris, Minnesota. She had big dreams, committed to them, and reached them. At age 13, her father was transferred to Emmaus, PA, an hour away from Germantown Academy. Due to the distance, she stayed with a family, Stoebenau’s during the week, while attending Germantown Academy and training with famed Olympic Coach, Richard Shoulberg. She swam for the United States for seven years. Her accomplishments include: four international gold medals, American Record, international records, USA Co-captain, and national championship. She attended UC Berkeley where she broke school records as well.
Additionally, after 12 years of recovering from Mononucleosis and then Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which left her bedridden, with disabled parking, and unable to do any physical activity for several years, she was able to come back and compete again in the 2004 Olympic Trials. Her times placed her in world rankings again after 12 years of debilitating disease. In addition, she has competed in Masters meets, and has broken 3 old standing world records. She also shares her professional expertise helping people perform at their best.
