Katrina Radke is an Olympic swimmer, therapist, keynote speaker, and transformational guide dedicated to helping high achievers feel energized, empowered, and connected to their true selves.
For more than thirty years, she has blended elite performance with emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing to support people who want success without burnout—and who crave a life filled with clarity, purpose, and deep fulfillment.

Her journey shaped her purpose. After winning international gold medals, competing in the 1988 Olympic Games, and serving seven years on the U.S. National Team (including as Co-Captain), Katrina’s life took an unexpected turn. A sudden illness left her bedridden for years, initiating a profound inner awakening that reshaped her identity physically, mentally, and spiritually.
During this time, she immersed herself in deep inner healing. She explored meditation, chi kung, breathwork, energy practices, and silent retreats—disciplines that helped her reconnect with her deeper self and reclaim her vitality. From this inner transformation, she made a remarkable comeback: competing again at the 2004 Olympic Trials, re-entering world rankings, and later setting three Masters World Records.
Katrina earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University, completing part of her clinical internship through Yale School of Medicine. She teaches psychology at the college level and is the bestselling author of Be Your Best Without the Stress: It’s Not About the Medal, a guide that helps people shed limiting patterns, restore their energy, and create a life that lights them up.
She is also a sought-after keynote speaker for Fortune 500 companies, known for her uplifting presence and practical, heart-centered approach to peak performance. In addition, she co-owns WeCoach4U with Olympic coach Ross Gerry, where together they help athletes and high achievers expand their mental, physical, emotional, and energetic potential.
Her diverse background, also including time as a corporate executive, and mental health company co-founder, gives her a grounded understanding of the intense pressures high achievers face, both professionally and personally.
Her story is a testament to what becomes possible when you live from your truth.
